Cadiz Blanco - Collantes Matalian Seco

Matalian Seco is a versatile white wine made with organic-grown Palomino Fino grapes, the same that are used to make Sherry wines, from the iconic Matalian vineyard in Chiclana. This wine displays aromas of white and stone fruits, citric and mineral, reflecting the tension and salinity of the albariza soils and the Atlantic influence. Serve very cold. Suggested pairings include fried fish, seafood, sushi, white meats, scrambled eggs, pizzas, pasta, sausages, tartares, octopus, cured meats.
