Full-bodied, intense and fresh on the palate, but also finesse-full and delicate in its mousse ,this is a refreshing and well-structured Chardonnay. It was dosed as an Extra-brut with five grams per liter. It is still very young and a bit stringent in the finish, though there is nice purity and lemon-freshness here." (June 2016)
