This Cab Franc is bright ruby/fuchsia colour, with aromas of black cherries, blackberries, currents, licorice, tomato leaf, and spice box. Dry, with high acidity, moderate, balanced tannins, medium body, crunchy with youthful red and black fruit flavours in a medium long finish. Meant for early drinking within 5 years. Great with charcuterie, poultry, Mediterranean cuisine.
