Chorey Les Beaune - Domaine Poulleau

The 50-year-old vines are hand harvested and aged in oak to create a wine that reflects both the terroir and the vintage. Core black cherry and red raspberry, light graphite shavings, a touch of black olive and black tea combine with a tension that dances in the mouth. This is a really proud, elegant, svelte wine.
