Huadu Beijing Er Guo Tou

Established in 1976, Beijing Hua Du distillery started making the widely popular baijiu Er Guo Tou with a focus on quality and value. The name "Er Guo Tou" means second distillation, which indicates its level of purity. Er Guo Tou is one of the most commonly consumed baijius in Beijing, and thus has a deep cultural association with China's capital and beyond. Crystal-clear in colour, it gives a light aroma, typical of good quality light fragrance baijiu. It tastes nutty and sweet, with notes of jasmine and grains on the palate.
