All Kindzmarauli producers use the same winemaking technology based on the ancient method of slow fermentation at a cool temperature, when not all sugar of grape juice is converted to wine; so, the residual sugar content in wine is pretty high (35-45 g/liter). That makes Kindzmarauli very unique and versatile wine and a nice pairing not only for desserts, fresh and dry fruit or nuts, but also for a great variety of spicy Georgian, Asian or Mediterranean dishes of seasoned or previously marinated meat or seafood.
