Phantom Creek Estates - Kobau Vineyard Malbec Syrah

This 60% Malbec and 40% Syrah co-ferment highlights the complementary character and structure of the two varieties from Kobau Vineyard. Wild blueberries and sappy blackberries are joined by perfumed violets, cracked pepper, fennel, and the mineral undertones of the Golden Mile, with chocolatey oak that gorgeously wraps the fruit.
