Subtle nose of starfruit, pineapple, ripe pear, almond and lemon notes. A rich texture with balanced acidity and minerality. Complex flavours of Asian pear, white peach, citrus, apple and honeydew melon, with nutty vanilla notes on a long finish. Pair well with oysters, seared halibut with lemon butter, ricotta and arugula bruschetta.
