It opens with ripe lemons and freshly cut limes, mixed with super ripe passionfruit. The palate is pure fruit and crisp acidity with more citrus and a touch of tropical pineapple, followed by a wet stone minerality and saline finish. The wine's complexity and freshness would marry well with a goat cheese salad. Outstanding value." (April 2025)
